Super comfy shoe. Perfect for all year!

Usually, I love Superga shoes, but with this order, one shoe has a defect under the insole that I didn't notice until I was outside walking for an hour. I contacted customer support, but Superga will not allow an exchange because I've worn them outdoors and naturally, they have obvious signs of wear. Now I'm stuck with a brand new pair of shoes that I can't wear without suffering. Awesome.

Great Shoe with Sizing Issues

First ordered a US8 which resulted in a size 39 that was WAY TOO BIG. Quick return for a 38 was better but it is a *little* short. It is wearing fine. Comfortable with no issues but I would love a tiny bit more room in the toe.

The exchange was SUPER easy and quick.
