“This policy refers to orders that were placed on superga-usa.com only. Please refer to our Amazon Return Policy page if you purchased from us through Amazon.”


Return Policy

Items can be returned in their original, unworn condition within 30 days from the delivery date. Returns received after this period will not be accepted. All items must be unused, with the original manufacturer’s tags still attached, and in their original condition. Items that are used, damaged, dirty, or not purchased from Superga-USA are not eligible for a refund. If you have issues with the product when you receive it, please contact info@superga-usa.com before returning the item.

Note: We do not offer in-store returns. Superga merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores, must be returned to the store from which it was initially purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.

 

Shipping Your Return

When returning an item, please include your name, original shipping address, phone number, and order number. Also, provide the reason for the return so we can process it appropriately. We recommend shipping your package using a traceable service such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority Mail. This ensures that the return can be tracked and delivery confirmed.

If you need a shipping label, please email us at info@superga-usa.com. We’ll be happy to provide one, and the shipping cost $6.95 will be deducted from your refund.

Return Packaging
If your item includes a shoe box, please do not use that box as the shipping packaging when returning. In order to resell the item, we need the original packaging to be intact. Returned items in marked or damaged shoe boxes may be refused by the post office or our warehouse and will be subject to a restocking fee being withheld from your refund. To avoid this, place your return item in a box or wrap it to ensure its safety during the shipping process. We apologize for any inconvenience.
